TIPS: Settling Down

When you're first starting out, make sure that you give yourself plenty of room to expand. As you'll soon discover, land is a precious commodity, one that isn't acquired as easily as new objects and other goodies.


When you're considering your lot or a new house, keep your Sims' interests in mind. If they enjoy fishing, consider moving into a lot near Waterfall Way so they can easily take care of their angling. Also consider that picking a location with a good view can greatly enhance your Sim's mood, giving them the "Beautiful Vista moodlet." They include Alto, Crumplebottom, Frio, Koffi, Landgraab, Ursine, Wan-Goddard and Wolff.
Consider your lot and house carefully, or you may find yourself making an extremely expensive mistake.
